1:29 All right, guys, I'm sorry that I've been gone. Let me kind of give you just a brief synopsis of why I've been gone. I won't go too deep into it, but, as you guys know, I tried to come back in July. I said I was back and then now I'm just not getting back to you. Now there's a lot of things that has been happening over the summer, things that happened with my job. You know I have the other podcast we're Not Afraid that's defending LaDonna Humphrey. That is the biggest thing that blew up. Let me just give you the short version of that. This podcast has blown up into something now that has turned legal. I have filed police reports with my police department here. I've had to file a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It's been on the FBI.

2:10 I'm told that other people like Anthony Christopher and Javier Leyva have done the same because of the fact that I had an episode that I will leave down here in the bottom. I'll leave you all two of them that they said that I threatened to go beat Javier Leyva up at his house, which is in North Carolina, and that I threatened to go and to call the Westboro Baptist Church to go to Eureka Live nightclub, which is a gay nightclub owned by Anthony Christopher, to beat up drag queens. Then they got all dramatic with it and they wanted to post this big message about how they you know they're scared and they're afraid and all of this jazz. Now you may ask what led to that. Well, let's just say that I did, an episode called Harassment, is Real, because they went stalking my wife.

2:52 They want to say that they're all scared now, but they're really not. Because they were scared of me, they would leave me alone, which they haven't. We have lawyers looking at the Reddit thread because nothing but slander and libel. They've almost doxed me there whole nine, right? I mean this. This is literally sound like a Hollywood movie. I can tell you that I've done nothing that they've said. I got proof for you. You can listen to episode six and seven and then eight of the. We are not afraid of podcasts. I'll leave those in the show notes. They're taking things that I've said completely out of context. I have sat with the police and I have went over it all and an attorney I've had four attorneys listen to that episode before I posted it, which is what they don't know. And there was no threat that was made. I talked about what I would have done if this was 25 years ago.

3:36 But the way these people operate is they want to take anything that they can get their hands on and run with it so they can be like oh, we the victims. And then Anthony Christopher tried to be cute at the bottom like that. He doesn't condone any type of harassment. That's BS, because that's all he, javier Leyva and all of their cult following has done for the last five months. If you don't believe me, you can go over to the Reddit thread. I'll leave that down here for you too and you tell me what you think. So that's why I've been gone, because I've been battling with that and before long, either someone's going to end up in jail or they're going to end up in court getting sued, but it won't be me, and that's the other lie they told their following. So you know they're trying to pin LaDonna on everything.

4:19 She has a lifetime gag order and that's why Anthony Christopher started this. He felt like that he could start to harass her and to say things about. It is not true, because he knows that LaDonna Humphrey has a gag order for life from the judge from the case that he tried to civilly sue her won 3.5 million, but that case is now an appeal. So he's been looking for ways the last five months to put her in jail and it's evident if you listen to the podcast, that's all he talks about, even though she don't want to go to jail for 10 days. But he can't read and he doesn't know the law, because the gag order doesn't stop her from doing a podcast. It don't stop her from owning a domain. It don't stop her from writing scripts for a podcast.

5:00 It don't even stop her from talking about everything that was said in the pretend podcast. The only thing that she can't do is she cannot speak about Anthony Christopher negatively. That is it. And so they're looking for every win. They accuse her of writing my show, they accuse her of writing for this guy named Didismacastlin. It's just been ridiculous, and so that's where I've been, that's what I've had to tackle with, and now I'm back here. You guys have probably seen the unscrupulous comments. I am working with Apple to get those removed. Just ignore those. Those come from their camp. They're trying to bring my show down. They're trying They've already tried to get my show taken off from Spreaker, and I keep trying to tell them that rating that they're trying to drop doesn't do nothing to my show.

5:48 All it does is it tells the people, well, he has this low rating, but guess what? It becomes the Eminem effect. So I want to thank them for these low ratings they keep giving me, because all it does is it makes people say, well, if he's got these kind of marks and these kind of comments, let me go take a listen to see what he's talking about. And they're mentioning things in the comments that has nothing at all to do with my podcast, so just ignore those. We're getting those taken care of, and that, for the long part, is where I've been, plus work. My job took a different direction and so that's been another thing that we've been dealing with, but hopefully I'm finally back now.

6:30 I've missed all you guys. I know that you guys are used to this content weekly and I do apologize for that. There's some new things that is going to be coming through as far as the podcast goes, where it's going and things of that nature. As those drop, I will let you know. The other thing I want to tackle real quick is I did get kind of a comment about this that I said I was writing a book a while ago on podcasting. That is very true, but now I've had to throw out a large part of my book because, well, let's just say iPhones did it to me. Because, well, let's just say iPhones did it to me. So in my book I was telling you that with phones it may not produce the clips that you would want it to produce and you may not be able to get the good quality sound.

7:14 It's something for you to start with. That used to be the case when I started writing this book. When the iPhone 15 came out, that started to change the landscape and a lot of people wasn't taking it that seriously. But at that point, when Apple put the USB-C port in the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro, pro Max especially, that kind of took off. So now there's people making interfaces that you can plug into the bottom of your phone and you can have a full-fledged mobile studio that gives you the sound quality I'm getting here sitting in front of my desk on the Rodecaster. So now I got to go back and rewrite that, give you the stats on the phone how you would do that. I mean I can plug a USB-C microphone directly into my phone, which I did order one, because I do have a need to be on the go.

8:00 That's going to help me keep up some of these episodes too, because I'll be able to record them no matter where I'm at. So that's why that book has been placed on hold. I've got to redo those particular chapters so that they're accurate when I give you guys advice on how to start a podcast or where to go. However, coming out of the pipeline, you may be able to hear what I was writing in the book early. I have a service that may be coming out. I'll let you guys know about that down the line and that'll be some of the additional content that I'll provide for you If you want to hear my take of where I've been in eight years, what I've learned over those eight years and why I think I've become successful at podcasting, and then we'll talk that, from equipment to guests to ignoring trolls, to just about everything that we've been through.

8:45 So look for that, all right. So the last thing I want to talk to you guys about before I get out of here is there's 25 days left till election day. Now, I'm not a political channel. I don't claim to be a political channel. I'm not going to turn it into one. I just think that in the climate of today, I just need to remind all of you guys to go out and vote. I won't even get deep into how I feel about the candidates and all of that. The most important message I'm trying to get through to you guys is this Before you go out and blindly vote, you need to know the issues. Sit down, learn the candidates, listen to what Trump is saying, listen to what Kamala Harris is saying, listen to what JD Vance is saying, listen to what Tim Walz is saying.

9:35 You got to listen to all of that. You can't just listen to Trump and Kamala because, yes, they are the biggest piece of this puzzle, but their running mate plays a huge role. And it irritates me when people say, well, the vice presidency, that role, really ain't nothing but just a sitting role. Well, I disagree. I really think the vice presidency is a very important role because understand that if anything happens to the president for any period of time, the vice president is your president. And if you can't trust the vice president now, what makes you think you can trust him If, all of a sudden, he has to take on the role of the president?

10:20 There has been sometimes in history I think under Bush, he was gone for just a few hours because he had to have surgery, but just those few hours alone he was president. Anything happens, any catastrophe happens. He has to pull that trigger. Biden went in for a procedure. A lot of people don't know this. Biden went in for a procedure for several hours. Kamala Harris is then president this morning and everything else. So if anything would happen a bomb goes off in the Middle East Kamala Harris has to handle that. So you got to listen to all of the candidates. Understand that if anything happens to the president whether it's illness, whether it's a procedure, whether it's impeachment, whether it's death, anything like that your VP becomes your president.

11:10 So you need to look at the issues. Please go check out Project 2025. It is a very real document. It's almost a thousand pages long. You can find it everywhere. I'll put a link to it. You can find it. You need to read it. I will leave you a link to a person who read all. I think it's like. She said like 923 pages is what it totaled and gives you a breakdown. There is a lot of hidden things in there. That deals with reproduction rights, that deals with African-Americans, deals with Mexicans, deals with Haitians, deals with black history, deals with history period, deals with Haitians, deals with black history, deals with history period, deals with education. There's a lot that goes into that and if you're not careful enough, read all the things that you need to read we are going to mess around and put the wrong person in office.

12:01 So with this election, I can tell you that everybody and everything is on the ticket. Women is on the ticket. Men is on the ticket. Reproduction rights is on the ticket. Lgbtqia is on the ticket. Education is on the ticket. Food is on the ticket. God is on the ticket. Everything this time around is on the ticket. God is on the ticket. Everything this time around is on the ticket. Speaking from somebody who's a Christian the Christian white nationalists, as they're calling themselves, that is not Christianity, folks, and if you guys think that it is, I'm sorry to tell you it is not. They're weaponizing God or they want the world to go where the Christian white nationalists believe it should go, which is pretty much.

12:44 Women should never divorce their husbands, even if it's an abusive situation. Yes, I totally know my Bible and I totally understand that it says that divorce is wrong and that if anybody divorces then they commit adultery. I get that, but I do believe that there's a lot of times, a lot of instances, where God says I can forgive that because he knows and he sees what is going on. So all of that's on the ticket. Everybody votes count. But I have to say this to my black people the black vote is one of the most powerful votes that there is today. Nobody can argue with that.

13:25 Biden even told you that he won the presidency because of the black vote. 93% of the black vote, I believe it is went to Joe Biden. The reason why the black vote is so important is because black people don't vote. We don't think that we have a voice. We don't think that our voice matters. If you look at the way that we're treated in society, even to this day, we don't feel like that it matters. So a lot of black people don't vote. If you paid attention when Biden ran, every black channel that you turned on had somebody telling you you had to go vote, telling you you had to go vote Again.

14:10 Everybody's vote matters, everybody's vote count. But if you look over history, even politicians will tell you if you don't carry the black vote, there is no way you can win the presidency. That is how powerful that vote is, especially in states like Georgia, where I'm originally from. You got to carry that vote. So black people don't sit back on your chair, no matter if you're Democrat, republican, whatever you voting, you can't sit back in the chair. Get up, get out, go vote, learn the issues. You guys not only have the presidential vote, but we also have vote for states, right? So you know? You have all those people, education people, the Senate, all those people's re.

14:52 This is time to reelect all of them. So, black people, white people, latino people, martians, whatever you are, go vote. I would encourage you to do what my family and I do, especially now that my daughter this is the second time that she will be able to make a vote, which is sit down with your family, go over all the issues. We have the ballot books they send out that has all the things to vote on in plus all of the paperwork that they pass around for each candidate. We keep all of that and we go through that book together, we read about each candidate and then we make a decision. Again, I can't tell you who to vote for, but I will say what everybody else is saying.

15:36 It does no good, if you're voting for Kamala Harris, to put her in office and leave her with the House and the Senate not in her favor. So if you're voting Kamala Harris, if that is your decision, then you need to vote an all-blue ticket, because they need to control the Senate and the House to get through any policies in which she wants to put forward. That's for the betterment of the world. You can't do half and half because, as we've seen over the past, republicans is not playing very fair with Democrats, and any bill they don't like, no matter how good it may be for you, they're going to veto.

16:18 So if you are deciding to vote for Kamala Harris, you may want to think about voting an all blue ticket right down the ballot. All right. So now that I'm back, what is going on? What is going to happen at this point? I'm recording this on Thursday Hopefully I get this up tonight or tomorrow, which would be Friday. By the end of this weekend you will hear from an author named LA Starks. La Starks, phenomenal author, had a great interview with her. It was great. Then I may be trying to bring you a true crime one, if I get time Now. The reason I say if I get time is because I am going to Texas and I leave Monday morning for that and I will be gone all week.

17:02 I have to go to Texas for my job, for training, and I will be gone there until the 17th. So upon my return, I will get you a couple episodes out there, but you should be getting LA Starks and then I am looking to see which true crime case I can bring you. I may bring you an older case that I did. It goes good at this time, but it's on the Central Park Five. I've never done that one here yet. It's coming up a lot now because Trump's name is all through that. Because these were the boys. He took a full page ad out and said that they should be hung and it was a mess.

17:44 But Yousef Salaam now is a politician and he's running in New York. So if I can get that one done and re-edited for this, then I will bring you that one. But in any case you will get LA Starks and then, once I return, we will pick up where we left off. And then there's other authors which I'll tell you about at a later date. That's coming and, yeah, hopefully that's it. So I want to thank you guys all for being patient with me for hanging around. There is definitely some things that is coming down in the pipeline.
